The man holding a question mark

The Mock test is one of the best ways to practice and improve your IELTS skills. This test is entirely similar to the main test, and at a lower cost, you can assess your language level and prepare yourself for the main test. But you may not know all about this test and have questions. This article has answered the FAQ about the Mock Test.

How many times can we take the Mock test?

One of the most FAQ is about the number of times we can take tests. In answer to this question, we must say that you can participate in this test as many times as you want. Mock exams have no restrictions and are held about 5 to 6 times a month, depending on the institution. You can take any of these tests you want.

But we don’t recommend it. Because you don’t make any progress by doing so. It is best to plan ahead and improve your weaknesses after testing Mock and knowing your current level. Then take the next Mock test when you think you are ready. Repeat this until you know you are fully prepared for the main IELTS test.

Is the cost of the Mock test different from the final test?

Yes. The most important factor that makes Mock tests popular is their low cost. Although the main IELTS tests are held several times a year, and you can take them, they are costly. For this reason, it isn’t cost-effective to take the main tests several times without knowing your level. Mock tests are a meager cost, and because they are quite similar to the main test, they are a great alternative to the main test.

Are Mock tests only written?

No. Mock exams like the main exam are held online and in writing. But it depends on the institution holding the test. To take the Online Mock exam, you should visit the sites and institutions that conduct the online exam.

Who are the Mock test examiners?

This is also a FAQ. Mock test examiners, like the main tests, are language professionals. So rest assured that your test will be held and corrected with the same precision and rigor as the main test. Of course, remember that your score may be half variable in speaking and writing tests because the examiner’s opinion is different. But rest assured, the tests are entirely standard, and the examiners are thoroughly specialized. So participate in these tests with ease.
