If you don’t eat healthy the night before the exam, you may not feel good during the exam, which will cause all your efforts to be in vain. But what is the proper nutrition for the IELTS exam? What to eat and what not to eat?

Don’t eat these

1. Sugary foods

Foods with a lot of sugar and artificial sugar are not a good choice for exam day. Because they may decrease or increase your Blood Glucose all at once, and your body is not in a normal state. You may not feel well at this time. So don’t consume chocolate, sugar, and candy.

2. Coffee and Coca-Cola

Coffee and Coca-Cola can make you uncomfortable because of their caffeine and sugar content. Consuming too much coffee and caffeine may increase your stress and cause anxiety and anger. So it destroys your concentration. So try not to drink soda at night. Also, avoid coffee in the morning.

3. Fatty and heavy foods

Try to sleep lightly on the night of the exam. Avoid eating fatty and heavy foods. Because you may not be able to digest them and endure heartache in the exam. Also, fatty foods may make you feel bad, and your brain will not be able to function correctly during the exam.

1. Healthy breakfast with peanut butter

Be sure to eat breakfast on the day of the test. Because breakfast provides the energy, you need and makes you feel refreshed. But breakfast should be healthy. You can use a glass of tea with some bread and peanut butter. Peanut butter can keep you fresh because of its protein.

2. Nuts

Be sure to have nuts with you during the test session. Nuts have natural fat and provide the energy you need. Be sure to have hazelnuts, almonds, pistachios, and raisins in your nuts. These are very invigorating and will activate your mind.

3. Multivitamin

Multivitamins are very effective and necessary, and you should take them under normal conditions. But try to use them near the exam to compensate for the vitamins your body needs, such as vitamin B, iron, and calcium. These vitamins make you fresh.
