Writing
IELTS writing consists of two sections, academic and general, in which it assesses your ability to write, spell, and grammar. This section is one of the 4 IELTS skills whose questions in task 1 differ in general and academic modules. In Academic Task 1, you have to answer questions about a chart. But in General Writing Task 1, you have to write a letter to an addressee mentioned in the question. In Task 2, both modules should write an article on a specialized topic mentioned in the question. The number of words in this task is at least 250 words.
